The content for the day is structured to consume learning content in byte size and appropriately spaced in the calendar.

Content section : On any given day, the content could be a short video, Audio or Text. Do peruse through the suggested content on the given day to gain the maximum impact.

Additional resources : There is an additional resources segment with the provision to attach one document and a web link to any external web page. The doc icon and web icon will be highlighted if there are relevant materials available to be used for that day.

Meeting link : There is a provision to include a meeting link ( Zoom, Teams, Google meet) in case the given day has a scheduled meeting to be hosted by the content provider.

Assessment : When the assessment icon is activated, it indicates there is an active assessment based on the day’s content. Click on assessment to access the questions. All assessments are MCQ type questions and once answered and submitted cannot be changed.

Content Feedback : The user has a provision to provide feedback for the day by selecting the number of stars. 5 Star indicates the content was excellent, relevant and practical.

Recommended Actions : There is a provision for the trainer / coach / content provider to suggest actions aligned to the overall course objectives or the day's content.

The user has three options to mark the progress on the day’s content. All acknowledgement is on self attestation basis.

Need help - The user can request for help from the trainer or request help from the cohort through the chat

In Progress- The user can mark the progress and set reminders to complete it later.

Completed - The user can self attest on completion of the assigned content for the day.

You cannot download the content, however, you can download the files provided in the additional resources if the trainer has allowed it.

My Goals and Habits tab opens the avenue to set up goals and habits for learning, behavioural changes or skill development.

a. Goals can be set up by accessing the Add new button and filling in the details.
Do review the suggested document on goals, video on goals and a few sample goals provided by the trainer. Once a goal is set up, it can be shared with the group in the chat or it can be shared with the trainer. On agreed frequency, the user can share the progress on the goal by adjusting the progress slider.

Do review the suggested document on habits, video on habits tracking and a few sample habits provided by the trainer.
Once a habit is set up, it can be shared with the group in the chat. The trainer can view your habits in the admin panel. The user can adjust the frequency and duration of the reminder for their habits.

The Discussions tab is to enable all the users to discuss among the cohorts about their progress in the course and also discuss with their teams.

The Resources tab is for the users to easily navigate through the additional resources/files uploaded by the trainer.

The user can download the files from the resources tab if the trainer has enabled the file to be downloaded.

The Exit Course tab can be found in the course/program page. This tab can be used to exit the course/program without having to delete your LearnOn account.

The Share Course tab can be found in the course/program page and can be used by the user to share/refer a particular course/program to their friends and colleagues.

When a user shares the course/program, basic details of the course/program and the trainer’s mail id is shared with the recipient.

Flashcards are small notes segments which the users can create or access predefined notes provided by the trainer/ coach / content provider. They are used for intentional practice for information retention.

Users can create or pick from a list of predefined flashcards as provided by the trainer or can create one. The user can set up a reminder in daily or weekly frequency to send notification for the user to access the flashcard content.

Add note is a provision for the user to write their own notes on various topics aligned to the course content. User can create notes on multiple topics under various headers and edit / append as they progress

Users can download the notes as and when they would like to, in order to retain a copy of the notes for themselves.

Access the support icon in the let’s learn segment. Select the contact course trainer to drop a note. There is a provision to attach files, images along with the notes too.

The app is designed to organize ongoing learning for a cohort. To keep the group motivated and engaged through this process. The learning program can be configured and gamified. Different activities of the course can be configured to gain some points.

The app is designed to assess the participant based on their activities in the app such as

• Creating and sharing their Goals in the Discussion
• Creating or adding a Flashcard
• Completing the tasks given

The team score is the combined score of the participants in that particular team.

No report is available for users except for the leaderboard. However the admin / trainer will have access to all data and reports. Reach out to your trainer for reports. However you will receive a mail of your weekly performance report.

There are two reasons for this and they are as follows

1. No Content and Recommended actions : If there is no content and recommended actions for the day the Daily Notification is not sent out. Even if there is content for a day but there is no recommended action you will not get a Daily notification.
2. System Notifications : Please check your system notifications if it turned off please turn it back on.

The App allows you to turn off certain notifications, i.e.,

b. Leaderboard Notification

c. Flashcard Notification

d. Habit Notification

e. Goal Notification

However, the app does not allow you to turn off Daily Notification and Custom Notification, which requires Admin Approval.
